Rows and repeats, separately
Sometimes finishing a row does not mean finishing a repeat. Increase or decrease each counter manually, independently. Change your repeat target when the instructions call for it, and reset the row counter to zero when you need a fresh section.
A guide that follows your knitting
Place the row guide over the line or chart area you are following. Move it and adjust its size to suit the pattern. It is a visual aid: it does not read the pattern or advance your counters automatically.
Each project keeps its own place
Counters, notes and saved workspace progress belong to the project. Keep separate attempts at the same pattern, with independent progress and markup.
Keep a backup of your progress
Export your library from Settings before replacing a device or deleting the app. Local saving is not the same as a separate backup, and version 1.0 does not provide automatic iCloud sync.
